The list below is honestly only a small percentage of the items that come to mind daily and must be completed as soon as possible because of this insane urge/nesting instinct to get things completed around here! Just the other day I decided to spray paint a side table that had been in Sawyer's room silver so that it matches with the decor in Baby Girl's room and then set to work on grout renewing our entry way. The grout renew process has with out a doubt been the most time consuming project I have ever taken on. We have well over a 1000 sq. ft. of tile in our home and all of it needed a facelift. The light at the end of the tunnel is visible though and I can't wait to be done! Due to discomfort and pain that I sometimes experience, I have limited myself to only 1 hour of renewing the grout each day. Hopefully I will be able to share the completed project at the end of next week!
- Create shelves in garage that are suspended from the ceiling so that seasonal items and decor can be moved up off of the floor
- Move our printer from the office downstairs to the office upstairs
-Renew Grout our dining area
-Move in furniture that is currently being stored in the garage and place in Sawyer's room (bookcase and dresser plus a mattress once he is ready for the transition to a big boy bed- he is still in his crib)
-Refinish old rocking chair that use to be in my room and place in Sawyer's room
-Hang mobile
-Hang picture ledges that I purchased at IKEA above chair nook in Baby Girl's room
- Go through all of Sawyer's old clothes which he has out grown, sort through them, sell what I can sell, and donate what I can't
One of the most exciting and time consuming items that I got to cross of the list this week was painting all of the trim and door trim throughout the whole house! It took quite a while and I am so excited that it is finally finished!
Over all things are moving in the right direction but I can't wait to start to slow down and try and enjoy the last couple months of being pregnant as comfortably as possible.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
XO,
Bailey
