What's For Dinner...Baked Gnocchi with Bacon Tomatoes and Mozzarella

Typically I love cooking foods that are seasonal and use seasonal ingredients but when I saw a recipe for gnocchi the other day on Pinterest I decided to throw that mentality out the window for one night and make a variation of the recipe (found here).  Instead of the yogurt I added some ricotta cheese plus added fresh basil from our garden as well as some dried oregano so to pump up the flavors a bit more! 

It was hearty and down right delicious, so much so, I can see myself making it many times this winter.
