Happy New Year's Eve! We have been blessed beyond measure with such an amazing year that I felt like it was only right to go back and take a look at what made it so fabulous!
We enjoyed some fun in the tub!
Sawyer got potty trained in 3 days!
We had some fun at Grandpa Larry's farm
Saw a taping of the Chew while we were there
Ate tons of yummy food
and visit an old friend and her family in Pueblo
We ate lots of Mexican food throughout the year
We headed to Boulder for Tice's work and enjoyed hanging out on Pearl Street
We enjoyed some kid free time with a trip to Vegas with great friends
Sawyer had his first dentist appointment
Tice and I enjoyed some dates on the golf course, including a couple tournament we took 3rd place in!
We enjoyed popsicles
I enjoyed a getaway to Aspen with a girlfriend where we enjoyed lots of shopping, food, and cocktails
Laughed at ourselves sometimes
Got all dressed up and attended some fun events for good causes
Got all dressed up for Halloween as a little piggy and Mater the tow truck from the movie Cars (that costume took mommy and Grandma Tammy hours!)
Hosted our first Thanksgiving
Played in the snow
Met Santa at the club's annual Santa brunch and were happy about it...
or really, really mad!
Had family pictures taken for our Christmas cards....twice :)
We enjoyed some fun in the tub!
We went on some family hikes
Took some pit stops
I traveled to NYC with my mom to visit my brother
Tice and I traveled to Chicago in March over St. Patrick's Day weekend and got to cross an item off of my bucket list!
Enjoyed dinner at one of our favorite restaurants, RPM Italian while we were there
Had some pictures taken of the kids
Tice attended a wedding for a dear friend in Mexico but I decided to stay behind with the kids...
We celebrated Kinley's first Easter
by dying Easter eggs,
getting Easter baskets,
and participating in an Easter egg hunt at the club!
We celebrated Mother's Day
Enjoyed spending time with family
I got stung by a bee for the first time in 25 years and my hand swelled up...
We celebrated the Fourth of July with friends and fireworks
Celebrated Sawyer's 3rd Birthday
Tice and I enjoyed a quick trip to Telluride for our anniversary
Enjoyed tasty summer time foods, especially ribs!
Tice quit his job and right after we traveled to Portland to spend time with friends
Go wine tasting and
Dip our toes in the water at the beach
Then came home and celebrated Kinley's 1st Birthday
Tice started his own financial advisory company (so, so proud of him!)
Took another trip to Telluride with the family and enjoyed hanging out at the Peaks Resort
Soaked up the last dog days of summer
Drove to Lincoln, NE to attend Tice's family reunion
Attended some CU football games and met John Elway at one!
Enjoyed the pumpkin patch
Celebrated my birthday
All in all a wonderful year and I can't help but look back on it with the biggest smile! We were so incredibly blessed and I can't wait to see what 2016 has in store for us!
