Roasted Butternut Squash with Bacon

Last week I decided I needed to add a couple of new recipes into my mix and happened upon a recipe by Rachel Ray.  Tice and I both really liked how it turned out and Tice liked it even more when the final product was piled high with Dungeness crab on top!
 Bacon rendered off...YUM!
 The diced butternut squash which I drizzled with honey and sprinkled with nutmeg
