Kinley's Four Month Update

You want MORE pictures!?

Weight: At her 4 month check up she weighed in at 15 pounds 8 ounces!  She is a big girl!  She is in the 70th percentile for both weight and height.

Health:  Doing great overall!  She had a bit of a stuffy nose right before we left for Hawaii which seemed to get a bit worse while we were there but since we have returned it seems to be much better!

Sleep:  We have had a bit of a regression and she has been waking up 2 times a night lately.  The first wake up can be as early as 10:30, or about 3 hours after going to bed so I know she isn't hungry.  I'm not exactly sure how we would go about sleep training her for this issue because my fear is that because Sawyer is in the room next to her, letting her cry it out may effect his sleep.  When we sleep trained Sawyer, his issue was putting himself to sleep but it wasn't staying asleep so this is new territory and I don't want it to get worse and become harder to fix as she gets older.  If you have any tips I would greatly appreciate them!

Social:  She is extremely smily and loves to be held by anyone!

Diet: As of her 4 month birthday her diet is still exclusively breast milk but rice cereal isn't far off!

Clothes: She is wearing her 3-6 month clothes but some of those are getting smaller and smaller by the day and we may have to start wearing the 6-9 month clothes sooner then her six month birthday.

Baby Gear:  She LOVES her Bumbo and will sit in it for up to 30 minutes at a time.  She loves watching me cook dinner or eat with us at the table during dinner time.

Crying:  She is such a laid back baby that she hardly ever cries but now more and more her cry is getting louder and louder which has been a change.

Likes:  Her Bumbo, the beach, her stuffed bunny, Sophie the Giraffe, her mommy, daddy, and big brother!

Postpartum:  Doing good- I have started getting back into the gym more and more which feels great and hasn't dramatically effected my milk production which was my main fear.  Still looking forward to having my body back 100% and getting to really workout as hard as I would like.

Milestones:  Kinley can roll from back to front on either her left or her right side and started doing this a couple of days before her 4 month birthday.

Here are a couple more of my favorite pictures of her this month

Thanks so much for stopping by!
