OOTN...Valentine's Day Night

We are heading out to dinner and then a pop/jazz symphony concert on Valentine's Day evening.  In honor of the holiday and the festive events that we will be attending I decided to go all out with my outfit that night!  Here are the two options that I am deciding between before the big night!

Wallet (beyond in love!) | Dress (under $30!) | Heels

Option #2

Dress | Earrings | Lipstick | Heels | Nail Polish
