Recent Running Stats

I have been doing a good job of making sure I get in at least 3 runs in a week but am normally closer to 5.  I absolutely love having the treadmill in our garage and getting to go out there whenever I have a moment to myself!  Here are some of my recent runs stats for the last two weeks.  They are all over the place in terms of time, calories burned, and distance because I often select a different HITT workout off of my Fitness Pinterest Board, which you can find here.
