Last Friday night Tice and I headed out with friends to a nice dinner at our favorite place so we decided to stay home and make something special on Valentine's Day and special it was. Tice found a recipe for Shrimp Scampi which was amazing. Seriously the BEST shrimp I have ever had! If you are interested you can find the recipe here. The kids got spoiled by us and their grandparents with candy, cupcakes, and Legos. In their world, the day couldn't have been much better!
